For the first day of the challenge, you’re going to define freedom for yourself in the context of why you’d like extra time and what you’ll do with that extra time. The focus is to spend as much of your limited time as possible doing what YOU want to do.

By the end of this lesson, you’ll know how to think about the first body-based value and the body’s most basic physiological need—your health—and what energy- and stress-balancing strategies you need to maintain it.
