Invoicing

By submitting their credit card information for the initial payment, the Client authorizes Ben Greenfield Life to automatically charge their credit card $797 per month for the duration of 4 months, covering the program fees. The Client understands and agrees that these charges will occur monthly.. It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that the credit card information remains valid and that funds are available for the scheduled payments. Failure to pay invoices on time may lead to suspension or termination of the program access.

Payment methods

Payment will be made to Ben Greenfield Coaching via an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by Ben Greenfield Coaching. No refunds will be granted once the initial onboarding call is complete.

Limited Liability

Ben Greenfield Life provides no guarantees, representations, or warranties. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the program.

Authority to sign

Each party has the authority to enter into this Contract and to perform all of its obligations under this Contract.

Termination

The Contract ends 4 months following the delivery of initial plans to the client. If the client wishes to cancel prior to the expiration date of the initial term, they must pay 40% of the remaining payments due.
